Learn how to read and understand your financial statements including Income Statements and Balance Sheets and Cash-Flow Projections. Understanding these statements can help you better manage your business, as well as improve the timing of your cash flow. Who Should Attend: Start up & Existing Businesses.

FINANCING THE BUSINESS

Learn the 5 C’s lenders use to make loans.  Find out how to create, maintain and repair your personal credit history in order to receive financing for your start-up or existing business.

BUSINESS PLANNING BY SCORE

Create your business plan.  Find out why a business plan is so essential for success.  Review various sources of funding to decide what route is best for you. Learn about cash flow and how to manage it.  Get tips on marketing and advertising your business.

LEARN HOW TO SELL TO THE LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

Learn the process on how your business can register, obtain certification and sell to the government.

HOW TO START A CHILDCARE BUSINESS

This workshop will cover various steps to operating a successful daycare.  Get information on training, background checks, health permits, licensing, and certification all in one day.
