What we can do to prepare our young in technology?

The digital divide can be simply defined as "those who can effectively use new information and communication tools, such as the internet, and those who cannot".  We anticipate to resolve this critical problem of the 21st century by 1) bringing to the forefront, awareness of just how much this issue affects the community,  2) offering community workshops, seminars, etc, 3) providing access to education and information programs to large audiences in remote areas, using new communication technologies, and 4) establishing a non-profit that will soon offer cutting edge tech-niques  software development and resources that will put an end to this gap!  Look for updates about our city-wide campaign aimed at integrating technology and education from the pre-school level up!  If your child needs home training with his/her computer or the internet please email us.  If you have any ideas, suggestions or energy to contribute to the success of this agenda call 904-764-7871.
